One of the things we pride ourselves on here at Digital Home Info is a continuous improvement of our real estate marketing platform. We regularly add new features and enhance the existing features. With that in mind we are particularly pleased with our latest feature – Real Estate Action Items. This feature is available on all Digital Home Info Premium Accounts.
Real Estate Action Items are similar to reminders. You select a contact, action item type (email, phone call, text message, etc…) a date, and add a note for details. Then on the date selected you will receive an email containing all of the information about the action item, reminding you to perform the action. You will receive the email reminder each day until you close the action item in the Digital Home Info portal. Once you close the action item any notes you have added will be added to the notes section on the contact information sheet along with a date to provide a running summary of interactions with this contact.
Not only have we seen agents in our beta program use this feature to help them keep in contact with their sphere, we have seen it used to keep up with their own marketing efforts. An agent creates a contact with their own information and then adds real estate action items to the contact. Some these actions are:
- Write a Blog Post that appeals to my target market
- Post to Facebook Open House info for 123 Main Street
- Send Just Sold Post Cards for 345 Oak Lane
- Create new email for Office Event
- Sign up for training session
This is just the first step for our Real Estate CRM. Watch for other features being added soon which will help you successfully manage your contacts.
