I love movies, especially the high intensity action kind. One thing that I particularly like in movies is where you find a little gem that applies to life. Sometimes it’s just an offhand comment that sticks with me, other times it’s meant to be a moving moment. This infographic from Velocify takes some of those gems and expands on them as sales tips.
I particularly like the Gordon Gecko quote:

and the sales tip stat that accompanies it:

Social selling is when salespeople use social media to interact directly with leads. Generally providing content and materials that demonstrate knowledge and expertise until the lead is ready to convert.
I firmly believe Real Estate Agents should be using Social Media to help generate leads, establish credibility, and interact with leads. I think it is an excellent way to soft sell in a low pressure, informal way. Be sure to check out the other sales tips in the infographic.
